Step 1. Log in to the Portal.

Step 2. Search ''Submit Grading Sheet List'' in the search bar.

Step 3. Click ''New''

Step 4. Fill in the details for the Filter. The School Year and Quarter are auto generated once you land in the page.

Step 5. Click the ''Click here to upload'' to upload your generated Grading Sheet. Sample Shown below

Then just click ''Attach''

After uploading, the students are automatically entered and their grades. See sample below

After checking you may ask ''For Approval'' to ask Approval from the School Principal.

After clicking ''Approval'' it will automatically changes the status to ''for Approval''

And lastly the School Principal will approve of the Submitted Grading Sheet..

  • Option 2 - Manually input grades (No Sheet).
    Input "Section" and "Subject" then click "Save".

Input the grades of the students.

Teacher/Instructor will click "Actions" and select "for Approval".

After teacher/instructor requests for approval, the Principal will click "Actions" and select to either "Approve", "Cancel" or "Reject".

After clicking "Approve", students are now graded for the chosen subject.
